"Big things come in small packages"
Lilliputian Calvin Sims is a criminal who one day manages to steal a precious diamond. To hide it, he puts it in the handbag of a passing woman. When Calvin wants the diamond back, he decides to pretend to be a baby. When he is then taken in by the woman and her husband, he goes in search of the diamond.

The Wayans can be funny at times but this movie is one to skip.
Bad and too easy jokes come along as well as bad acting.
Visually, this film doesn't have much to offer either.

Mediocre film in which a criminal lilliputian steals a diamond, but then loses it again. A film full of infantile, predictable and wrong humour. But here and there there is something to laugh about, especially because Marlon Wayans does look funny as a baby / lilliputian. Certainly not good, but entertaining enough for 2.5 stars.

Bizarre.
Wayans' films always guarantee rude and vulgar entertainment. I personally prefer to see them working on horror movies, but of course you should always broaden your scope if possible. Littleman does that in a pretty weird and bizarre way, but somehow it certainly manages to work.
Ultimately, it's humor that you really have to love, because if you can't appreciate it, movies like Littleman can quickly become hell for you. Lots of sexually tinted and especially uncomfortable humor that pushes the boundaries. It's not explicitly dirty or dark, but it's quite clunky and often sounds the bell. Especially since you never really see this kind of practice in movies.
Marlon Wayans carries the film fairly easily. It's quite remarkable how little shame that man has when taking on roles. He must have really had fun with it, because I could never have played his character myself. Shawn Wayans and Washington are a bit more boring. Shawn can still have some humor, but in the end they are rather colorless for the event in which they play.
The concept has the most comedic slant, because when it comes to the jokes themselves, there are few moments in between that really make for a laugh. In the end, the film goes on for too long and the outcome is disappointing. It's a movie that you like when you watch it, but despite the bizarre fact, it will quickly fade into oblivion afterwards. Oh yeah.
