Jarinko Chie plot
Little Chie lives in a popular area of Osaka. Her family situation is quite complicated, but like a true McGyver, she will get through it. With the help of her grandparents and her savvy cat, she tries to keep the shabby family restaurant going. And if that wasn't enough, she also has to tolerate the pranks of her incorrigibly lazy father. The neighbors call him Tetsu the good-for-nothing. Despite all her activities and her outspoken opinion, the energetic Chie only dreams of one thing: a normal family life.
