The California-Yucatan railroad was built specifically to transport goods from Mexico, but is now occupied by a gang of terrorists, who are trying to sell the railroad for a low price. Manuel Vega, a co-owner of the railroad, enlists the help of his cousin, James, who is the great-grandson of the real Zorro.
