Hubert Bonisseur de La Bath, aka Agent OSS 117, has to take on an organization of hitmen. He poses as a hit man to infiltrate the gang led by the bizarre Major. He takes on an assignment that takes him to the Middle East where his target, a United Nations delegate, is negotiating for peace.
