"The first "All Talking" picture"

Two naive barbers (Eddie and Gene) from out of town become involved with a gang of smugglers. When a cop is shot by one of the smugglers, and the police are close to the perpetrator, the smuggler who shot the cop tries to charge Eddie with the murder.
