I didn't think the film was bad, but changes could certainly be made to it. To start with, I was not drawn into the atmosphere and the acting could also be better. But otherwise the film does reveal quite a bit of history of The Zodiac. And the film knows how to captivate 3 stars

I did have a good time with this movie. The fact that it happened, of course, means that you couldn't go in all directions with this film. Yet it remains a fascinating film, thanks to the letters and such from The Zodiac (which I found intriguing). As some have said here, the part with those kids isn't really interesting (or should you say stupid), it was just a bit of time-filling...

Had seen a lot on Discovery about the Zodiac Slayer, so this was basically what I already knew in movie form. They should have deviated from reality a bit. The ending is quite abrupt. What can be felt is the frustration of the police officers who were on the case. The Zodiac Killer's motives are still unclear. That it was 2 times young couples, it seems to me that he/she is jealous of people who are in love/know love and he/she apparently has not received any love in his life. That he still hasn't been caught and is probably dead now (if it really was 1 perpetrator) this will always remain a mystery. In any case, it remains an interesting matter, but the film was actually purely a report and nothing further. Kind of a long episode of Criminal Intent of Cold Case as far as I'm concerned.
