Daniel (Bernard Giraudeau) and Françoise (Thérèse Liotard) are a passionate couple who have just moved in together. The fired and homeless friend Guy (Michel Blanc) shows up at their door one day. He asks if he can live with them temporarily, and Daniel and Françoise are fine with that. The well-meaning but really lazy fantasist Guy throws their home and life upside down.
