Invasion plot

Tiny pieces of rock fall from the sky that, when touched, awaken a latent virus that turns humans into aliens. The creatures have only one goal: to transform everyone on Earth as quickly as possible. There remains only a small group that has the medical knowledge to develop antibodies that can reverse the effects of the virus.
