Kilkenny Cross plot

The three most important things in the life of 17-year-old Jordi are Magic The Gathering (not a game, but a passion), the internet and his motorcycling girlfriend Tess. The Internet is turning Jordi's world upside down... totally, and unexpectedly. He grabs his cards, his cell phone and his laptop and takes off, together with Tess, on the motorcycle. He leaves his house, his mother and her boyfriend behind. Jordi's life turns out to be more fascinating than Magic... Within a few days he notices, among other things: that he is someone different than he thought; that he's not the only one with problems; that he needs Tess—but not just now; that riddles do not solve themselves, but only get bigger. And that Ireland exists. Ireland becomes his circle of protection. Provisional. A whole new deck: new cards, new risks, new possibilities...
