His wife left last month because he is with the SIS (Special Investigation Section). Where ordinary police stop in red tape, they shoot the perpetrator red-handed. This is not a bad movie far from it but it is not exactly a top movie either. The best thing about the movie is the cast! almost everyone in this movie you have seen before in a movie with a higher status so to speak.

Reasonable film about an agent who is admitted to a special unit within the police. For an elite force, they act rather ridiculously here with many unnecessary victims. The characters are also quite unbelievable. But perhaps for those reasons still an entertaining film with enough action and a fair portion of violence. A narrow 3.0 stars.

Rather stupid action film by the director of Commando and Showdown in Little Tokyo about the SIS, a semi-illegal gang of the LAPD. Lots of violence but also a moral dilemma about how far law enforcement can go to guarantee citizen safety. The ending is even quite unusual. The actors are okay, although they all play wafer-thin characters, but the action is stupid, with criminals and also now and then innocent people who are relentlessly riddled with bullets.
