L'Affaire Marcorelle plot
At the end of a lonely evening, François Marcorelle, examining magistrate of Chambéry, finds himself in the room of a young Polish girl he met in a Turkish restaurant in the city. Then he commits a murder. At least he thinks so, because according to his friend Georges, it's just one of those nightmares he usually has. The guilt gnaws at him and this gives his enemies at the Palace of Justice weapons. But this time, François feels that he has not dreamed. He accidentally finds the proof for this, during a summer afternoon, in the twilight of a cinema.
