Killer Flood: The Day the Dam Broke plot
The village of Rutland in Montana is protected by the 4.5 tons of concrete from the Rankin Dam. However, frequent rains and the rising water create a pressure that the dam cannot withstand. When one of the dam's designers dies, suspicions arise that the dam was not designed properly. Most skeptical is David Arthur Powell (Lando), the original architect of the dam who was surreptitiously fired by the director of the construction company. To save Rutland from the danger of the breaching dam, David must team up with the two people who least trust him: city councilor Natalie Powell (Greene) and 17-year-old architectural talent Garth Powell (Ewald), the wife and son he left behind. .
