In the late 1970s, a strict military regime kept the population under control. However, the president is mostly concerned with useless parties and many political parties are waiting for the chance to take over the presidency. Members of the KCIA are slowly getting tired of cleaning up the mess the president leaves behind. They plan an attack on the president, but after two bullets are fired, the will of the people takes an unexpected turn.
