Sergeant Pepper plot

Felix's parents are concerned. He is six years old and instead of playing with other children, he hides all day in his tiger costume. To make matters worse, the only guest at his birthday party is a turtle, he claims his stuffed animals talk to him and he doesn't have a single boyfriend, which he doesn't want anyway. But that all changes when Sergeant Pepper makes an appearance in Felix's life. After finding a seemingly lost dog in the back of the yard, Felix soon learns that he is more than a cute dog. Pepper has inherited a fortune from his owner and he has a very special talent: he can talk to children if they believe in miracles. Unfortunately, his owner's heirs want to take control of Pepper's house, so the dog desperately needs a helping hand.
