Thunder II plot

"Thunder strikes twice!"

When Indian sheriff Thunder is transferred to a small desert town, he learns that the assistant sheriff is corrupt and is getting money from the local organized crime group. To ensure that the assistant sheriff's "side earnings" are not jeopardized, he arranges for Thunder to be arrested for dealing drugs. Thunder manages to break out, however, and takes gruesome revenge.
