Le Corps de Mon Ennemi plot
Ever since he was a child, François has hated the textile barons who rule the town where he lives. Yet he fell in love with the heiress to their empire, Gilberte. Ten years ago he would have married her. Now, however, there is nothing but hatred between them. François is accused of murdering a prostitute and a football player. Both were found butchered. Fearing that he is the victim of a plot, François goes into hiding and finds a trail that leads him to the top of the plot, to Gilberte's family.
