Hundarna i Riga plot

A lifeboat washes up on Skane beach. In the boat are two dead men who appear to have been murdered. Police Commissioner Kurt Wallander is assigned to the case. The men are identified as Latvians. One of their commissioners is coming to Sweden to help with the investigation. The man doesn't talk much, and just as new clues come in, the Latvian commissioner has disappeared.
