Young Molly Moon lives in an orphanage just outside London where she often clashes with the unkind headmistress Miss Adderstone. After finding a book on hypnosis in the library, she practices it daily. Until she can distract Miss Adderstone so that she can escape and look for her newly adopted boyfriend Rocky. Once free, she discovers that she can start using her talents to pursue her dream of becoming a star. However, a crook wants to abuse her talents to rob London's largest bank.
