Among the Believers plot
A unique and disturbing glimpse into the Red Mosque movement, a network of religious schools in Pakistan that is a breeding ground for radical and militant Islamism. The recipe is very simple: free education including meals in a poverty-stricken country. The curriculum of the schools consists of memorizing the Quran. “At this age, children are malleable,” said Abdul Aziz Ghazi, the movement's leader, during a tour of one of his schools, where young girls are already required to don a black burqa.
