The Cry Baby Killer plot

"YESTERDAY a Teenage Rebel... TODAY a mad-dog slayer!"

17-year-old Jimmy Walker comes to blows with Manny Cole and two of his friends after Manny 'took away' his girlfriend Carole. This gets so out of hand that he shoots Manny and Al with a pistol. After this, Jimmy panics, because he thinks he killed the two boys. He takes refuge in a drive-in and captures three hostages, including a baby. A large crowd moves to the scene and the presence of TV crews creates a large media circus.
