Blinded plot

The Danish Mike Hammershoi (Anders W. Berthelsen) hitchhiking in Scotland ends up on the farm of Francis Black (Peter Mullan). He is allowed to do some odd jobs, but he does not like the oppressive atmosphere. Nevertheless, he stays. Not least because he's attracted to Rachel, the blind farmer's young wife. Francis' mother views everything with suspicion. Suddenly Francis seems to have disappeared from the globe and then the simmering conflicts erupt for good.
