Les Patates plot

During the Second World War, the small village of Bourg-Fidèle had many difficulties with the food supply. The village is closed off from the outside world by the Germans and the people are literally dying of hunger. The Parizel family is also starting to run out of food and has to open the last bag of potatoes. For Clovis, the head of the family, feeding his family becomes a veritable obsession. He is so desperate that he is going to plant potatoes on a piece of land where no one of the Germans is allowed to come.
