"We two against the whole world... at least against the idiots"
The Italian father of ten-year-old Marcello wants nothing more than for his son to become a famous football player, but Marcello is definitely not good at the sport and has no interest in it. At the football club he is bullied by his teammates, and at school he is also laughed at for his Italian football shirt. Then, however, a new girl enters the class: the Lebanese Fatima. She is self-confident and likes football, but her older brothers don't allow her to get involved in that sort of thing. Soon, Marcello and Fatima befriend and help solve each other's problems.
