Teenage Cleo (Rowan Blanchard)'s science project goes horribly wrong. This makes her popular older sister Molly (Paris Berelc) suddenly invisible. The two sisters and their friends will have to find a way to get Molly back to normal before it becomes permanent.

Young viewers will be able to enjoy themselves with this imaginative comedy film by Disney director Paul Hoen, who unfortunately is mainly someone who works on commission and who is not very concerned with his own qualities. In this way, Invisible Sister is certainly not the most passionate film, but the young cast members do a decent job and there is a decent pace. At times, a nice atmosphere is even created when the makers are concerned with the somewhat spookier elements, although the target audience will probably not be too surprised by that. It is otherwise decently entertaining and has a suitable content, but on the other hand remains very tame, predictable and bland. The humor in particular unfortunately does not seem very effective, which prevents a passing grade.
