A well-made, but routinely written exorcism horror film in which an inexperienced dean [Gang Dong-won] is the sole assistant to the man [Kim Yoon-seok] who, in the absence of the retired and ailing Father Jeong [Lee Ho-jae], must perform a demonic exorcism on a girl [Lee Young-Shin]. Nothing new under the sun.

Well, I really couldn't get into this one. Not that it's actually bad; in fact, it's largely more than capable, with some decent acting. But let's be honest—The Exorcist was fantastic, but most exorcism films since then have been rather derivative and fairly predictable. I still held out some hope that a Korean exorcism film would bring something different to the table, but it just felt like more of the same to me. Unfortunately. And on.
