The Glove plot

Sam Kellog (John Saxon) is a modern day bounty hunter who goes after Victor Hale (Roosevelt Grier), a vicious ex-con with a $20,000 bounty on his head. This Hale kills prison guards who have retired. He does this dressed in a leather suit and with a steel glove.
