Þrestir plot
Ari is a sixteen-year-old boy who until recently lived with his mother in Reykjavik. He is sent to his father Gunnar who lives in a remote area near the western fjords and with whom he has a difficult relationship. He lived in that area as a child and quickly notices that his childhood friends have changed a lot in the meantime. Ari will have to try to find his way in that new and bleak situation.
