"Consider the Possibilities"
After a weekend of emotional openness in a vacation home, "so-called" hipsters Bob (Culp) and Carol (Wood) return to Los Angeles, determined to apply the principles of free love and complete openness to their marriage. With both interest and disgust from their friends Ted (Gould) and Alice (Dyann Cannon), Bob and Carol begin affairs that they happily tell all their friends. Inspired by all that openness, Ted (during the four friends' trip to Las Vegas) reveals that he is also having an affair, prompting a savage Alice to demand that all this freedom can best lead to one thing: "trading" partners.
