La Petite Prairie aux Bouleaux plot

After fifty years, the American journalist Myriam returns to Paris, where she meets some of her campmates from Auschwitz-Birkenau at a reunion of former deportees. At the reunion she wins the top prize in a tombola: a trip to Krakow. She gathers all the courage to go to nearby Birkenau. There she is confronted with the place where her body and mind were terrorized.
