"Trust No One... Question Everything... Get A Clue."
Lexy has an advice column in the school newspaper, but now manages to make it to a local paper with a gossip about the relationship of two teachers at her school. Although the students applaud her, the teachers are in a difficult position. The teacher decides to end the relationship, much to the teacher's dismay. However, the case becomes even bigger news when the teacher's car is found in the river, and his body is missing. The police immediately suspect the teacher, but as an investigative journalist Lexy now wants to find out the truth.

Poor.
I think I've seen it before, but can't say for sure. That already indicates how memorable the film is. They turn it into a whole detective story that you really don't want to get caught up in after you've outgrown childhood. Lindsey isn't at her best either.

Lindsay Lohan is always strong in comedy, but unfortunately the movie itself is nothing more than a Disney TV movie. The beginning already looked more like a 90's sitcom (the movie is from 2002) and there was a big focus on all those new things like email and mobile phones. The makers tried to attract the cool kids.
The film was therefore made for the Disney Channel and not for the silver screen. Typical Disney cake that is more intended for the youngsters than for the whole family. Lohan has better movies than this. Get a Clue is very fleeting and dated fun.
