Steve Schapiro et les Icônes Américaines plot

Photographer Steve Schapiro made a name for himself in the 1960s with his journalistic photo reports of migrant workers in the southern US, the Apollo Theater in Harlem, the American civil rights movement, the assassination of Martin Luther King and the presidential campaign of Robert Kennedy. In the 1970s, Schapiro became a photographer on film sets where he met actors such as Jodie Foster and Dustin Hoffman. Hoffman is the one who extensively interviews Schapiro for this film.
