Dennis Hopper: The Decisive Moments plot
Thom Hoffman, himself also an actor, director and photographer, made a film portrait of the versatile and idiosyncratic artist Dennis Hopper, in which all his hitherto hidden sides are discussed. The name Dennis Hopper will be forever associated with the American cult film Easy Rider from 1969. Or perhaps also with his role as a psychopath in Blue Velvet and Speed. It is less well known that Hopper is also particularly meritorious as a photographer and visual artist. The interview with Hopper is supplemented with statements by Wim Wenders and David Lynch, among others, and is illustrated with many film fragments.
