Psychotic plot

Psychologist Helen has to work her last day at a clinic that is about to be closed. For this reason, only three patients remain, all three disturbed and very dangerous. She stays late and in the evening her last day at work takes a different turn when she finds herself locked in the building. When the patients escape their cells, Helen must fight for survival.
