The Forbidden Dimensions plot

Jack Slade was born during a solar eclipse in 1980. 18 years later he finds out that he can travel through time and he decides to go to the year 2035. He finds a devastated society under the fascist regime of mad doctors who create mutants with a serum of alien flesh. Now Slade must go back to 1998 to destroy the machine that caused all of this.
