A bit of a disappointing film, maybe it's because of this beautiful but misleading poster. The murders can be counted on one (disfigured) hand and they are not depicted in a very interesting way. The cat eyes from the title are also inexplicable and seem to serve more as a gimmick. The plot is actually quite nice, but I was somewhat annoyed by the poor editing. For example, there are hardly any transitions between scenes, so that a character suddenly ends up from one conversation into another.

During the first hour Giallo continues to classify itself as a nice mid-range, but in the last half hour, when we move to Padua, it adds a strong mysterious atmosphere that increases the rating considerably.
Body count is not very high, but our heroine survives about five murder attempts!!
The real leading role is for Corrado Pani (who is somewhat reminiscent of a young Johan Derksen!) and memorable for the fantastic murder scene with the shower hose.
By the way, the cat was added completely for the cat's violin, I think it was just fashionable for a while to have "gatto" in the title.

Strange, I apparently saw the movie 7 years ago, but I couldn't remember much about it. Little by little I had the feeling that some scenes seemed familiar. Actually the same opinion as then.
