Kang Gye-Yeol, 89, and Jo Byeong-Man, 98, have been married for a long time. When they go somewhere together, they hold hands and dress in matching traditional 'hanbok' clothing. In the spring they like to put flowers behind each other's ears. In the summer they play in the stream. In the fall they play in the leaves. In winter they have snow fights. They pass their time as a newlywed couple, but Jo Byeong-Man's health deteriorates. When Kang Gye-Yeol hears her husband coughing one rainy day, she senses that parting is near.
