"What happens when your Psychiatrist goes out of his mind?"
A number of psychiatric patients die of their worst phobias and the police have no idea who may have committed the murders. A psychiatrist is called in in the hopes that he can solve the murders, but strangely enough, all the evidence points to the psychiatrist himself.

If you compare this to other, more classic, John Huston films, then this is indeed not that great. But as a standalone thriller, it is really not as bad as everyone thinks.
Paul Michael Glaser's acting is indeed not that good, but there is enough tension and it remains a mystery until the end who is behind the murders.
