The more you have in life, the more you can lose. Or you can say it the other way around: the less you have, the happier you are because you have nothing to lose. Still sounds like this applies. People have everything today, and yet they keep complaining and whining about everything and anything.
To those people I say: watch Brother Sun, Sister Moon, the biographical film about Francis of Assisi, founder of the mendicant order of the Franciscans, also known as Friars Minor in our country.
It has become a heartwarming, relaxing and accessible film, which very well captures the thought and rule of life of that order. About people who cut the umbilical cord with the earthly and return to the source and are happy with what God has given them. With those somewhat cheesy songs by Donovan you could almost think of the hippies, and in a way they are also a bit the forerunners of them, without the drugs and the free sex of course 
A beautiful film by Zeffirelli, with beautiful Tuscan decors...
