"Mitchum! Action!"
Young doctor (Mitchum) flees to Mexico with dubious patient Faith (Domergue) after killing her husband (Rains) in a scuffle. As a last act, he manages to give his rival a concussion, which psychological wreck Faith uses cleverly to disguise her guilt.
