Tetsuo II: Body Hammer plot
A businessman is threatened by a group of skinheads and fears for his family. They manage to kidnap his son and when he gives chase, it turns out he can't save the boy from their hands. His anger causes a transformation of his body. A machine gun grows out of his chest, which only disappears when he can find peace. The skinheads are fascinated by this fact and take him to a laboratory for further experiments.
