“All I want to do is rule the world, is that so much to ask?”
Haha, what a stupid movie this is. At times Street Fighter is still quite entertaining, and it's all so bad that sometimes you just sit there with a smile on all the crap. The actors, the dialogues, the childish story, etc. You sometimes sit there with vicarious shame to watch. Fortunately, the actors, with Van Damme and Julia leading the way, know what kind of film they are playing in and they are happy to play.

Good memory of the popular fighting game Street fighter
If you've never played the game before, you won't like this much.
But for the enthusiast it is delicious, just about all the characters pass by in this film.
Also nice how they incorporated all fighting moves in the film
Furthermore, there is a lot of speed and there is also plenty of action to see.
As a fan of the game I give an extra half star, hoppa

I'm giving this movie 2 stars because the story is a bit messy and most of the cast doesn't resemble the figure of the game. But this film remains youth sentiment! That is another plus point.
