During the Second World War, the Koster family lives in Denmark. Everything is calm in Denmark for the time being, but that is about to change... A new German commander is coming. Unexpectedly, he decides that the Jews will be deported. Mr Koster hears about this and cannot believe his ears. As head of the hospital, he decides to help Jews, with the help of his son Henry, who is in the resistance. When the Germans start their actions against the Jews, they are almost all gone...
