Not the best Sandler has delivered, but very nice.

Sandler plays a fine part as the not so smart and handsome son of the Devil with two brothers who don't like him very much and send him upstairs. Concept provides a lot of fun and funny scenes. But it's not Sandler but the great supporting cast that make this movie a lot of fun. We get Patricia Arquette, Harvey Keitel, Rodney Dangerfield, Reese Witherspoon, Quentin Tarantino and many other fun cameos. And then we have the Sandler regulars like Jonathan Loughran and Rob "You can do it" Schneider. The scene with Adolf Hitler and the pineapple is hilarious. The soundtrack is also absolutely great.

Some childhood sins are best kept in the warm glow of the nostalgic memory. With this print he dared to confront the past, and in fact it was not that bad at all. The clumsy underpants fun and the cheesy special effects still make it a highly entertaining guilty pleasure. Bizarre how Sandler has seen a '90s all-star cast willing to appear in his wrong movie. Extremely suitable for watching in a group, especially when drugs and alcohol color the revelry of the guests present.

This movie is all about Adam Sandler, the actor you either love or hate. There is no middle way imaginable. To me, it's an actor who can make me laugh for no apparent reason. The film itself is not really a well thought out piece, but supporting performances by well-known actors and the gross humor in combination with a soft spot for Adam Sandler are more than enough for a successful comedy.
