Remains funny.

Probably not the most progressive film anymore, but it is a comedy. I will review Aragami again soon, but I still have the feeling that this 2LDK will remain the better film of the two. This is mainly due to the fun structure, which first gives you a strategic joust, then a more physical battle.

I thought both parts were very successful. The actresses do well and despite the fact that the film is really simple in design (that was also a condition), it still manages to keep you interested for the entire running time. Fortunately, Tsutsumi keeps it fairly short, so he barely has time to sink in.

Ultimately, in my opinion, this is the best thing Tsutsumi has ever produced, partly because of the energy and fun black humor in this film. Maybe he should repeat his bet with Kitamura, because he also seems to have ended up sidetracked in the US.

4.0* and a extensive review

Meh. Isolated moments are nice and fortunately the film is only short, because in terms of content it did not interest me quite so much. So the film ended up being a long one. Visually okay, sometimes funny, but all in all not enough. It mainly feels like a film that could have had much more. 2.5*

Such a women's fight often has more to it than a fight between two brutal men. Certainly more vicious and inventive. And it showed. The jealousy and hatred towards each other was incalculable. What started with a few sharp, villainous one-liners soon degenerated into bullying and then derailed into a full-blown war.

Limited in terms of playing time at 70 minutes, but that was more than enough. What makes the film extra amusing is the underlying humor. Subtle, but definitely present. Culminating in the final chord with the announcement that they revised the script and they both got the role.

Nice steady build-up with a minimum of resources. The decor was already covered with potential weapons in advance, so you could expect something. That electrocution went very far. Their death was nicely over the top with a blood fountain. Nice!
