Audrey's Rain plot
Audrey takes over the care of her niece Charlotte, nephew Tye and her emotionally unstable sister Marguerite after her sister Bess commits suicide. Her best friend Missy tries to bring joy back into her life, but the return of Audrey's childhood sweetheart Terry backfires. She can't get anything positive from her past, is afraid of memories, so she sees Terry only as a painful reminder of the past.
