Same concept again: some innocent partying teens are knocked off by an old (psychopathic and 'bullied') classmate. See Valentine for example.

And that completely trite and trite concept is worked out very weakly. We get it all thrown at us again: tons of clichés and predictability from the first to the last minute.

In addition, the dialogues are terrible, the tensions between the victims extremely boring, cliché and rotten and the credibility of this film is 0.0.

The special effects are not really subtle, what can I say, rudely applied. And the killer's suit and voices are more gay and laughable than truly terrifying.

Watched with difficulty.

Mediocre.

Watched the film mainly in the context of the setting. I don't see many slashers that really play pure in a pool. Now I originally thought this would be in a water park, but nothing could be further from the truth (as I should have realized by looking at the title). It's just an indoor pool during the evenings.

I do wonder a bit how this project ever came about and how this director is connected to it. Although this film has barely made it to the public, it is the director's most famous film. Also not difficult when many of your other projects can only get 5 votes on the internet's largest databases related to film.

As far as the film itself is concerned, it mostly feels like I'm looking at the color blue for an entire film. The filters, objects, locations and flares are all blue. Where this can sometimes lead to a beautiful color combination, here it mainly feels like a faint glow. An incredibly ugly glow by the way, because certainly combined with such a barren environment as this one, it just won't work.

The kills themselves are a bit better (and more creative) but that's okay if you're in an environment like this. Acting is also good, despite the limited elaboration of the roles. Perhaps viewers can also take offense at the fact that well-known actors are in a young role here. McAvoy and Fisher will probably be able to pick you out soon.

Enough entertainment, but very ugly communicated forward. It neatly ticks all the boxes needed for a successful slasher, and yet it comes out mediocre, reserved and monotonous. Maybe it's really time to direct a new HD slasher set in a swimming pool. There won't be much competition with this film.
