Cindy (Rothrock) is an FBI agent who travels to Hong Kong to track down a criminal journalist Ronny Dak, who is accused of counterfeiting money. Meanwhile, she teams up with her former friend Judy Yu and an undercover cop to confront Dak's kung-fu specialists.
