Clumsy East Frisian Otto is offered a job as a butler for a wealthy elderly lady. Soon, however, Otto falls in love with Tina, the lady's lovely daughter, and is determined to win her over. Unfortunately, Otto doesn't know that Tina has been engaged for a long time and is about to get married.
