"Cold-blooded killers."

After Jake Bridges catches his girlfriend with another guy, the New York journalist leaves for Atlantic City where he lets the alcohol flow freely in order to forget her. Mafia boss Frankie rescues him from a bar fight and Jake meets Frankie's girlfriend Melissa. Then Jake not only becomes involved in Frankie's strange practices, but also falls in love with Melissa
