When The Amazing Spider-Man was released it was followed a year later with Spider-Man Strikes Back. Actually exactly the same as its predecessor, but only a lot less. The action is still the same, but the story is developed in a special way that is somewhat too tame. After this there was a successor and it was a bit better. 2.5.
